Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 300ml ( 1 1/2 cup) raw milk
- 1 chamomile tea bag
- 3 cardamon pods
- 1 cinnamon stick (or substitute with 1 tsp of ground)
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tbsp Organised
- A crack of black pepper
- Optional: 1-2 tsp raw honey
Method:
- Add the raw milk to a small pan together with the cinnamon, cardamons and chamomile.
- Place on a medium heat and bring it to a boil, turn the heat down and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes so the milk gets infused with all the spices.
- Remove from the heat, fish out the cinnamon stick, cardamon pods and the chamomile tea bag.
- Add in Organised and if using some raw honey. For extra frothiness transfer to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve while still piping hot.
